Shortage of skilled workers in IT - Our countermeasures

The shortage of skilled workers is undoubtedly one of the biggest challenges facing companies in a wide range of industries today. Especially in the IT sector, companies complain about an increasing lack of highly qualified specialists. In this context, we developed a strategy many years ago to actively counteract this trend. And the results prove us right. Over the years, our targeted training initiatives have enabled us to attract committed and highly qualified employees who are perfectly prepared for the complex requirements of our business.

We are proud that we were able to successfully fill our open apprenticeship positions again this year.

A warm welcome to Levi Seebacher and Marvin Diedrich, who officially started their apprenticeship as IT specialists for application development at Collax on September 01, 2023. These talented young people are the latest addition to our efforts to address the shortage of skilled workers in the IT industry while fostering the next generation of IT professionals.
